Beyond her acting career, Medha holds a post-graduate degree in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi. She began her acting journey in the British miniseries Beecham House (2019) and has since appeared in Shaadisthan (2021) and Dil Bekaraar. Her breakout role came in 12th Fail (2023), where she portrayed Shraddha Joshi, earning widespread acclaim for her portrayal of a simple yet emotionally complex character.
