    Mastering Digital-First Marketing

    Sugar was among the earliest Indian beauty brands to leverage Instagram, YouTube creators, and influencer-led campaigns. The brand’s snappy content, relatable tone, and community-building approach helped it connect deeply with young audiences.

    Its digital-first strategy resulted in explosive growth. Today, Sugar expandes into brick-and-mortar stores, kiosks, and multi-brand outlets across India.

    Vineeta became a household name after appearing as a judge on Shark Tank India, where her sharp business insights and motivational approach won viewers’ admiration. She became a symbol of resilience — a leader who built success with grit, not shortcuts.
