In a world where success is often measured by wealth and status, some individuals redefine it through service, commitment, and the vision to uplift society. Ravsaheb Ramesh Hire and his wife, Manisha Hire, are among those rare changemakers who chose the noble path of Jnanadan—the donation of knowledge—dedicating their lives to shaping young minds through quality education.
Their journey, rooted in the philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita—
“Karmanye Vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana”
(Do your duty without expecting rewards)—has now evolved into one of Nashik’s most inspiring success stories.
Back in 2007, Ravsaheb Hire felt deeply drawn to the belief that the greatest gift one can give society is knowledge. With this motivation, he aspired to build a school based on the traditional Gurukul system.
Despite having little information about establishing an educational institution, he attempted to begin the journey. Unfortunately, a fraudulent agent deceived him, resulting in major financial loss.
But instead of breaking his determination, this setback strengthened his resolve.
Life took the Hire family from Dhule district to Nashik, where Ravsaheb worked across various fields while nurturing his dream of building a school. After marriage, he noticed a clear difference between the education system of his native village and that of Nashik—but the passion for creating meaningful educational change persisted.
In 2014, the idea resurfaced—stronger and clearer. When Ravsaheb shared his dream with his wife, Mrs. Manisha Hire, she wholeheartedly joined the mission.
Together, they prepared tirelessly, and on 9th June 2014, the school was inaugurated on the special occasion of Manisha’s birthday.
They named it “The Kids Campus Pre-School.”
The couple put their heart into every detail—decorating the school, designing pamphlets, creating banners, and preparing a warm, welcoming space for children.
The school had publicity but lacked funds for teachers and support staff. Admissions inquiries began, but there was no team to teach the students.
During this difficult phase, Manisha Hire took on every role—teacher, helper, and caretaker.
With only 3 students in their first year (including their daughter), the school began its humble journey.
But quality speaks louder than numbers.
Thanks to Manisha’s exceptional teaching methods, students loved coming to school, and parents trusted the nurturing environment. Within the next year, admissions increased, and teachers began joining voluntarily. The couple designed their own curriculum, strengthening the school’s identity.
Step by step, Samruddhi earned respect, trust, and a strong reputation.
As the school gained success, misuse of its name by competitors led to confusion in the community. To protect their identity, the school was renamed after their daughter:
“Samruddhi English Medium Pre-School”
The new name brought new energy—but soon came the global COVID-19 crisis.
With very young children, the shift to online classes was extremely difficult. Engagement was low, and operations became challenging.
Yet, the couple held onto the Gita’s wisdom—
“Do your work; leave the results to the Divine.”
They persevered with patience, consistency, and optimism.
When the world slowly recovered, Samruddhi English Medium Pre-School rose again—stronger than before.
From 3 students, the institution has now grown into two thriving branches in Nashik, reflecting years of dedication, hard work, and unwavering faith.
The dream now expands further—
to build a chain of schools across Maharashtra and eventually across India, contributing to the growth of the education system nationwide.
The story of Ravsaheb and Manisha Hire is more than an entrepreneurial journey—it is a shining example of:
