The success story of Atmaram Kisan Wagh, founder of Sai Roshan Computer Classes, is a shining example of how determination and belief in education can transform lives. His journey began with hardship and struggle, working as a hotel waiter, cutting sugarcane in fields, and doing masonry work just to survive.
Despite financial difficulties, Wagh remained committed to education. He completed his 10th, 12th, and graduation, preparing himself for a stable career and better opportunities.
Missed Opportunities, Unbroken Spirit
Wagh appeared for ground and written examinations of the Indian Army, Maharashtra Police, and Indian Navy, successfully clearing multiple stages. However, his dreams of uniformed service ended when he was declared medically unfit.
He later secured employment at the State Bank of Hyderabad, but persistent health issues forced him to leave the job. What could have been a breaking point instead became a moment of reflection and redirection.
The Birth of Sai Roshan Computer Classes
Returning to his native village Saigaon in Chalisgaon taluka of Jalgaon district, Wagh decided to build something meaningful in his own community. In 2011, with just 2–3 computers in a small room, he founded Sai Roshan Computer Classes.
The initial days were challenging. Student enrollment was low, finances were tight, and resources were limited. Yet, Wagh held firmly to one belief:
“If we provide quality education, students will surely come.”
Commitment to Quality Education 
Sai Roshan Computer Classes focused on practical and job-oriented courses such as MS-CIT, Basic Computer Skills, Typing, Tally, and Excel. Emphasis was placed on hands-on training, personal attention to students, simple teaching methods, and continuous practice.
This learner-centric approach soon became the institute’s identity and foundation of trust.
From Trust to Recognition
Over time, student performance improved significantly. Many students secured jobs, cleared competitive examinations, and gained confidence in digital skills. Their success stories became the institute’s strongest promotion.
The belief that “Students’ success is our best advertisement” shaped the institute’s guiding philosophy, leading to its motto:
“Your success is our mission.”
Growth, Impact, and Inspiration
Today, Sai Roshan Computer Classes boasts modern computer laboratories, experienced faculty, and hundreds of satisfied students. The institute has played a vital role in empowering rural youth with digital education and employable skills.
Founder Atmaram Kisan Wagh, along with his wife Mrs. Varsharani Atmaram Wagh and his brother Mr. Prashant Dada Yashod, has emerged as a source of inspiration for young aspirants. Their journey proves that success is achievable through vision, persistence, and honesty.

Wagh’s message to the youth is both practical and powerful:

He emphasizes that agriculture is not just a livelihood, but a field of business, science, and leadership, encouraging youth to become job creators rather than job seekers.

Recognizing his dedication and achievements, he has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
This honour is being presented by Reseal.in and India Fashion Icon Magazine, celebrating Maharashtra’s emerging entrepreneurs and artists.
