While working in Pune’s Kharadi area, Bhavesh’s life appeared settled—good salary, steady career, and a predictable future. Yet something felt missing. The meals he ate at local messes filled his stomach but not his heart.

The real inspiration came from his mother’s cooking—her discipline, purity of ingredients, and the love she poured into every meal.

Quitting a stable job was not easy. His family was worried, friends called it madness. But Bhavesh knew that without courage, dreams remain dreams.

When ‘Hakkach Thikan’ opened, only twenty-five customers came on the first day. The next day the number grew, and by the third day old customers returned with new ones.
Bhavesh says,
“Good work does not need advertisements. A satisfied customer becomes the biggest promoter.”
The journey was not smooth—expenses, stress, and doubts often kept him awake at night. But one message from a customer changed everything:
“Your food reminds me of home.”
That single line gave him the strength to continue.
