Shrikant Joshi’s inclination toward entrepreneurship was never accidental. Even during his school and engineering years, he did not aspire to a conventional 9-to-5 career. While his peers prepared for campus placements, Shrikant was already thinking beyond employment—about managing people, creating jobs, and building an organization.
He did not want just a profession. He wanted to create a workplace.

Shrikant comes from a respected and intellectually accomplished family, deeply rooted in the legal profession. His father, Advocate Bhanudasrao Joshi, along with his brothers and several family members, have built a strong legal legacy with a wide and established clientele.
The path to a secure and respected legal career was open. Yet, Shrikant consciously chose the noise, heat, and uncertainty of a manufacturing shop floor over the quiet stability of a law chamber.
While the family initially hoped for a more traditional route, they never restrained him. Once they recognized his resolve, they became his strongest foundation. Shrikant started from the ground up—not by relying on inherited wealth, but by standing firmly on the values of hard work, discipline, and integrity instilled by his family.

No factory is built alone. A defining pillar of Shrikant Joshi’s journey has been the unwavering support of his wife, Shilpa Joshi. During the most uncertain early years, she managed the household and ensured emotional stability, allowing Shrikant to dedicate himself fully to building the business.

Shrikant openly acknowledges the role of his parents, elder brothers and sister, his in-laws, and the constant guidance of his Mamaji, Mamiji, and Grandfather. Equally important has been the commitment of the team that stood beside him on the shop floor—fighting daily operational battles with the same sense of ownership.
