After completing his engineering education, Harshal Subhash Khairnar began his professional journey with a six-month teaching assignment at an engineering college in Chalisgaon. Soon after, he returned to his hometown and joined Dream Construction, a reputed firm, as a Site Engineer.
It was here that he found his first professional mentor—Engineer Shri Kiran Tadvi, a close friend of his father—who played a crucial role in shaping his understanding of the construction industry.
Despite gaining valuable on-site experience, Harshal stood at a crossroads. Like many from middle-class Indian families, his parents wished for him to pursue a secure government job. Respecting their aspirations, he began preparing for competitive examinations while continuing his job.
A Turning Point During the Pandemic
Managing work and studies proved challenging, prompting Harshal to leave his job and move to Pune to prepare full-time. His hard work paid off when he cleared the MPSC Combined Preliminary Examination in his very first attempt.
However, fate had other plans. The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic forced him to return home, disrupting his preparation and momentum. With uncertainty looming and family responsibilities mounting, Harshal made a life-defining decision—to build his own path in the construction sector.
Birth of Pari Construction 
In August 2020, driven by determination and self-belief, Pari Construction, Nandurbar, was founded. With no initial capital, Harshal started his venture as a consultancy firm, offering planning and designing services.
His first project came on 5 September 2020, marking the true beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. Though challenges were many, his persistence and commitment helped his consultancy grow steadily through trust and word-of-mouth.
Skill Expansion and Strategic Growth
While managing projects, Harshal continuously invested in upskilling, completing several professional courses and achieving notable success in each. To expand his service portfolio, he purchased a used survey machine from Pune, enabling him to take on technical projects.
One of his major early milestones was completing a survey project for Dhadgaon Nagar Panchayat, followed by venturing into Road Safety Audit works. These projects opened doors to government contracts, gradually establishing Pari Construction’s credibility in the public sector.
Scaling New Heights in Infrastructure
Harshal’s first government project, valued at ₹4.5 lakh, was completed successfully, laying the foundation for larger opportunities. With consistent performance and growing trust, Pari Construction witnessed rapid expansion.
Today, under his leadership, projects worth approximately ₹27 crore are actively underway across Jalgaon, Nandurbar, and Gujarat. The company now operates with a dedicated team of two engineers, one accountant, and four supervisors, reflecting its structured and professional growth.
Leadership Beyond Business
Beyond entrepreneurship, Harshal Khairnar plays an active role in professional advocacy. He currently serves as the District President of the State Engineers Association, Nandurbar, working for the welfare and empowerment of educated unemployed engineers, guiding them toward opportunities and self-reliance.

Harshal attributes his success to the blessings and guidance of Pramukh Swami Maharaj, the unwavering support of his parents, the encouragement of his wife Poonam, and the mentorship of Engineer Kiran Tadvi Rao Saheb. Their influence, he believes, has been instrumental in shaping both his personal and professional journey.

Recognizing his dedication and achievements, he has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
This honour is being presented by Reseal.in and India Fashion Icon Magazine, celebrating Maharashtra’s emerging entrepreneurs and artists.
