As COO, Dr. Kadam leads institutional operations, faculty development, academic quality assurance, and student placement initiatives. Complementing this strong educational foundation is the technical and strategic vision of Akshat Kadam, Co-founder and Director of DeveLearn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. An alumnus of IIT Bombay, Akshat began his professional journey as a Research Scientist at Sony Corporation, Japan. There, he worked on advanced research and development projects, leveraging Artificial Intelligence in cutting-edge global environments.
Despite a successful international career, Akshat was driven by a larger purpose—to bring global R&D rigor and industry practices back to Indian education. His return to India marked the beginning of DeveLearn’s technology-first approach. As Director, he leads technical strategy, curriculum architecture, and corporate partnerships, ensuring that every program remains practical, current, and aligned with industry needs. His contributions have been instrumental in introducing and strengthening programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on real-world problem-solving and employability.
Together, Dr. Vidya S. Kadam and Akshat Kadam have built DeveLearn as more than just an EdTech company—it is an ecosystem focused on careers.
