Today, Sheetal Bhagwat successfully runs her own brand, “Anchal Beauty Salon Plus Boutique,” in Nagpur with a highly professional approach. The salon offers bridal makeup, party makeup, reception looks, engagement makeup, along with a wide range of beauty services.
Her signature style lies in creating makeup looks tailored to each client’s facial structure, skin type, and personality, resulting in elegant, natural, and confidence-enhancing transformations.
Empowering Women Through Training
Beyond personal success, Sheetal chose to give back to the community. Through the Anchal Beauty Salon & Boutique Institute, she has trained 100 to 150 women in professional makeup and beauty services.
Her institute goes beyond technical training. Students are taught confidence-building, professional etiquette, client handling, product knowledge, and guidance on starting their own beauty business. Many of her trainees now run their own parlours, work as freelance or bridal makeup artists, and credit Sheetal as their mentor and inspiration.
