Sushil Jagannath Chandere hails from Sus village in Mulshi taluka of Pune district. From an early age, he had a strong inclination towards business and self-reliance.
While undergoing training in Pune, Sushil took his first step into entrepreneurship by starting a small egg-selling business under the name C.S. Agro. What began as a modest effort soon ignited a deeper passion for business and independence.
Expansion into Real Estate
As his confidence grew, Sushil gradually entered the real estate sector, where he worked in land buying and selling as well as property rentals. Through consistent effort and transparent dealings, he earned a strong reputation in the field.
His work became widely known under the name C.S. Real Estate, and this phase played a crucial role in strengthening his business understanding, networking, and financial discipline.
Entering the Mineral Water Industry
In 2023, Sushil Chandere took another significant step by launching C.S. Mineral Water Suppliers. He didn’t stop at distribution alone—he created his own brand, “CS Aqua”, and also collaborated with three to four other brands through strategic tie-ups.
The initial phase was challenging, with limited profits and operational hurdles. However, Sushil remained patient and committed. His determination, consistency, and belief in the business helped him survive the tough phase—and eventually achieve success.
Diversification into Transport and Tourism
Continuing his journey of expansion, in 2025, Sushil launched C.S. Roadlines, entering the transportation and tourist services sector. With the same principles of discipline and customer trust, C.S. Roadlines quickly established itself as a reliable and successfully operating company.
Today, C.S. Roadlines stands as another strong pillar of the C.S. Industries Group, reflecting Sushil’s ability to adapt, diversify, and grow across sectors.
