    इस खबर को सुनने के लिये प्ले बटन को दबाएं।

The story of Kunal Dilip Dere is not just about success—it is a powerful journey of self-discovery, resilience, and the courage to start over. Coming from a middle-class family, Kunal’s life reflects determination and a strong will to follow one’s true passion.

For nearly 20 years, he worked in the corporate sector, fulfilling responsibilities and giving his best. However, deep within, he always felt that something was missing—an unfulfilled purpose.

Then came the COVID-19 pandemic, a period that changed millions of lives across the globe.

For Kunal Dere, this phase proved to be extremely challenging. He lost his job during this time—a major setback that completely altered the course of his career.

But this difficult moment turned out to be the biggest turning point in his life.

With no prior business experience, Kunal made a bold decision—to start all over again.

He turned toward his childhood passion for sports. At just 10 years old, he had been a state-level table tennis player and had also won the “Certified Student of the Year” award during his school days.

Building on this passion, he began by training children in table tennis at a small scale.

Gradually, this small initiative transformed into a larger platform, leading to the establishment of the Kunal Dere Sports Academy.

Today, the academy has evolved into a multi-sports training center offering coaching in various sports, including:

    • Table Tennis
    • Badminton
    • Cricket
    • Football
    • And more

What started as a one-man effort has now grown into a team of over 25 professional trainers.

So far, the academy has trained more than 1,000 students, where they are taught not just sports skills, but also discipline, confidence, and life values.

For Kunal Dere, this is not just a business—it is a mission.

    His vision includes:

    • Building a team of 100+ trainers
    • Training over 100,000 students
    • Expanding across India by 2030
    • Becoming India’s No. 1 sports academy

His ultimate goal is not just personal success, but creating a meaningful impact in society.

He aims to provide a platform for underprivileged and aspiring youth, helping them build their identity through sports and move toward a better future.

In recognition of his hard work, dedication, and contribution to the sports sector, Kunal Dilip Dere has been selected for the prestigious Maharashtra Udyog Ratna Puraskar 2026.

This honor is being conferred by Reseal.in, an organization that promotes emerging entrepreneurs and talents from Maharashtra on a national platform.

His selection is a matter of pride not only for him but for the entire community.

The grand award ceremony will be graced by renowned personalities from the film industry, including Tejaswini Pandit and Makrand Anaspure.

The event is being organized under the leadership of Sudhir Kumar Pathade (Founder & CEO – Reseal.in | Sure Me Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd.), who continues to provide a national platform to emerging entrepreneurs, designers, and creative talents across Maharashtra.
