Siddartha Tytler Celebrates 24 Years in Fashion With Spectacular ‘Trifecta’ Showcase
The stage was set, the energy electric, and the couture unapologetically glamorous. Celebrating 24 fearless years in fashion, Siddartha Tytler unveiled Trifecta – Couture ’25, a powerful standalone showcase that unfolded in three evocative acts — Light Ritual, Midnight Pulse, and Spirit Reclaimed.
Inspired by the mysticism of the Holy Trinity, Trifecta became both a metaphor and a milestone. With actor Vedang Raina as the showstopper, the runway lit up with craftsmanship, indulgence, and theatrical flair — hallmarks of Tytler’s unapologetic design journey.
A Spiritual & Stylistic Journey
Speaking on the inspiration, Tytler shared: “The flow just happened. It was one of those rare moments where everything fell into place seamlessly. The name and the narrative came naturally.”
Each act represented a blend of light, indulgence, and celebration — themes the designer said reflect not only his work but also his personal evolution. From archival revivals to futuristic experimentation, the show was a retrospective and a reimagining rolled into one.
Revisiting Archives, Reinventing Glamour
Around 60–70% of the collection reinterpreted archival pieces, while the rest offered fresh creations. Iconic Tytler signatures such as corsetry, appliqué, sequins, and crystal embellishments resurfaced — but with an amplified boldness. “Corsetry has always been synonymous with the brand, ever since my FIT days in New York,” he explained. “We’ve pushed the boundaries with appliqué, sequins, and crystals — it’s about reinvention while staying true to our DNA.”
A Designer’s Reflection
From the experimental wildness of 2001 to the streamlined, client-collaborative couture of 2025, Tytler acknowledges how fashion — and his own outlook — has evolved. “Back then, couture wasn’t commercial. Today, the client knows what they want because of social media. It’s become a collaboration of visions.”
When asked about the next chapter, his answer was characteristically daring: “God only knows where my journey takes me. From here on, you’re going to see something totally new, totally different. We’re going to kill it.”
The Grand Scale of Couture
For Tytler, nothing less than spectacular would suffice for this milestone. “I’ve always believed in doing things on a grand scale. This show celebrates everything — the good, the bad, the lessons learned. It deserved a truly grand event.”
And grand it was. Trifecta – Couture ’25 was not just a fashion showcase but a celebration of 24 years of resilience, reinvention, and unapologetic glamour.
