The Beginning: A Spark That Ignited a Lifetime of Healing (2007–2010)
Every transformational story begins with a quiet awakening — a moment when the soul whispers, “There’s more to life than suffering.”
For Dr. Manjusha Maheshkumar Tandekar, that moment came in 2007, when she was introduced to the ancient art of Reiki healing.
Born in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and later settled in Amravati, Dr. Manjusha’s early years were filled with challenges that shaped her into a woman of deep empathy and resilience. Her inner sensitivity, once misunderstood, became the guiding force behind her purpose — to help others heal, rise, and transform.
“Every challenge in my life became a message. Every pain turned into a path of purpose,” she reflects with calm grace.
Thus began her journey as a Reiki Grandmaster, NLP Practitioner, Sujok Therapist, and Spiritual Life Coach — a journey that eventually touched the lives of over one lakh people across the globe.
In pursuit of her mission to bring structured spiritual education to everyone, she founded Vertex Reiki & Meditation Training Centre — a healing space that soon became a guiding light for thousands.
Her institute stands on the belief that every person deserves balance, abundance, and inner peace. Through Reiki and alternative healing practices, she began training individuals of all ages, helping them overcome physical illness, emotional stress, relationship conflicts, and financial limitations.
A defining highlight of her service is her free Reiki Level One training, offered to ensure that anyone — regardless of financial background — can begin their healing journey.
“When you heal your energy, you rise beyond your limits, and life transforms in ways you never imagined,” she often tells her students — a philosophy that became the soul of her centre:

When the world came to a standstill in 2020, emotional fear and uncertainty spread everywhere. But Dr. Manjusha’s heart urged her to act.
“Why should healing stop when the world needs it the most?” she asked herself.
With compassion as her guide, she launched online Reiki and spiritual training sessions, allowing people across India and abroad to access healing and support during the darkest times.
This digital shift became a revolution. What began as a few online sessions transformed into a global spiritual community.
“Let’s take one step towards happiness,” she says — a mantra that continues to echo through every class she leads.
To date, she has trained over 100,000 individuals through Reiki, Angel Therapy, Crystal Healing, Dowsing, NLP, and Sujok Therapy.
Behind her serene presence lies a woman of extraordinary strength. Her early life was filled with trials, but she chose transformation over despair — turning adversity into awareness, heartbreak into healing, and solitude into service.
“Our pain becomes sacred when it leads us to serve others,” she says softly.
Her empathy allows her to connect deeply with every individual she guides — from anxious young mothers to elders seeking spiritual peace.
