Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra Jonas turned heads with a fresh and vibrant floral ensemble by designer Arpita Mehta during her recent appearance on the set of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4, setting the tone for the comedy talk show’s fashion buzz.
Spring-Inspired Style in December
Despite a whirlwind 12-hour visit to Mumbai, Chopra looked effortlessly chic in a custom floral-print ensemble that blended traditional Indian draping with contemporary styling. The look featured a sand-beige and soft blue bloom print corset sari set, crafted from lightweight georgette fabric that gave the outfit both structure and flow.
The standout element was the strapless corset blouse with a sweetheart neckline, which introduced a modern silhouette, contrasted beautifully with the floral drape that flowed into a skirt-like finish. The design — part saree, part modern gown — exemplified a balance of cultural heritage and current fashion sensibilities.
Stylist Amit Patel styled the look with creative draping that integrated a scarf-like element around Chopra’s neck, adding dimension to the outfit while keeping the floral theme cohesive. The streamlined pleats and fluid movement of the fabric provided an elegant yet airy effect, perfect for both television and photographic appeal.
