  • MadaLuxe Group Acquires Fine Jewelry Brand Ippolita

    MadaLuxe Group, the U.S. luxury lifestyle company, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Ippolita, the celebrated fine jewelry brand known for its sculptural designs and contemporary craftsmanship. This strategic move aims to strengthen MadaLuxe’s position in the fine jewelry segment and broaden its global luxury brand portfolio.

    Founded in 1999 by designer Ippolita Rostagno, Ippolita has become a go-to name in fine jewelry for its distinctive pieces that blend artistic expression with Italian craftsmanship. The brand originally debuted at iconic retailer Bergdorf Goodman and has since grown to be stocked by leading luxury boutiques and retailers worldwide.

    Under the terms of the acquisition, Rostagno will continue as Chief Creative Officer, maintaining creative leadership over Ippolita’s design direction. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

    “I founded Ippolita with the belief that fine jewelry should celebrate the artistry of the hand and honor the individuality of the women who wear it,” said Rostagno, emphasizing the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship. She described the partnership with MadaLuxe as an opportunity to protect Ippolita’s legacy while embracing growth on a larger global scale.

    MadaLuxe Group’s CEO and co-founder, Adam Freede, expressed enthusiasm about bringing Ippolita into the company’s family of luxury brands, noting the brand’s rich artistic heritage, loyal customer base, and timeless visual identity. He highlighted plans for strategic support and investment to expand Ippolita’s reach across key markets worldwide.
