In an era dominated by chemical-based beauty and wellness products, Dr. Shobha Prashant Pandav, Founder & CEO of SHOBHA’S AYURVEDA, has carved a distinctive path by reviving the power of Ayurveda through authenticity, research, and social commitment. A seasoned Ayurvedic physician with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Shobha has emerged as a respected beauty consultant, social media influencer, and woman entrepreneur, inspiring many through her work.
At 43, Dr. Shobha’s energy, academic depth, and vision for society continue to set her apart. Her journey reflects not only professional success but also a deep-rooted belief in natural healing and ethical healthcare.
A Turning Point Rooted in Responsibility
In the early years of her medical practice, Dr. Shobha treated cosmetic and skin-related conditions using medicines and external applications. Over time, she observed that long-term use of chemical-based products could cause adverse effects on patients.
This realization sparked a transformative question that reshaped her professional journey:
“How can we fully trust something that we have not created ourselves?”
Determined to offer safer alternatives, she turned back to the fundamentals of Ayurveda.

During her Ayurvedic education, Dr. Shobha gained hands-on training in the Rasashala (practical laboratory), where she learned the art and science of preparing medicinal oils, creams, pastes, and ointments. Using this knowledge, she began formulating pure Ayurvedic and herbal beauty products herself.
These products soon delivered impressive results—effective, safe, and free from side effects—earning strong trust from patients and laying the foundation for a larger vision.
Birth of SHOBHA’S AYURVEDA 
With growing patient confidence, SHOBHA’S AYURVEDA was established as a small-scale enterprise. However, for Dr. Shobha, the initiative was never just about business. It carried a broader mission:
to create employment opportunities for women and to make Ayurvedic healthcare accessible to the common man.
Based in Akola, she envisions the city becoming a nationally recognized hub for Ayurvedic products, identified proudly with the name SHOBHA’S AYURVEDA.
Expanding Reach Beyond Clinics
Today, SHOBHA’S AYURVEDA products are widely used not only by patients but also by the general public for daily wellness and beauty care. As a woman entrepreneur, Dr. Shobha has participated in multiple exhibitions across metro cities, enabling her products to reach several major urban markets.
Adapting to modern needs, she now provides online video consultations, with medicines and products delivered via courier—making Ayurvedic care accessible beyond geographical boundaries.
Research Inspired by Patient Needs
Patient-centric thinking remains at the heart of Dr. Shobha’s work. Constantly reflecting on the question,
“What exactly does the patient need?”
she continues to develop formulations that are fast-acting, effective, and address problems at their root, staying true to Ayurvedic principles.
