Yash Kolhe, an entrepreneur from a middle-class family, has built his business journey on the foundations of hard work, honesty, and self-belief. Raised with the belief that diligence and integrity are the true forms of wealth, Kolhe’s story reflects the determination of a self-made professional who chose purpose over comfort.
Strong Academic and Corporate Foundation
Kolhe completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and later pursued an MBA in Finance, equipping himself with a rare combination of technical expertise and financial acumen. Despite a stable and secure corporate career, Kolhe felt a strong urge to create something of his own that would contribute meaningfully to society. Acting on this conviction, he made the difficult decision to leave his job and step into the solar energy sector, founding Arkay Energies with a vision aligned to India’s future energy needs.

The initial phase of Arkay Energies was marked by significant challenges—limited capital, building customer trust, and navigating technical and administrative hurdles. Kolhe personally supervised projects, patiently educated clients, and refused to compromise on quality. His belief that honest service and quality work speak louder than advertisements became a defining principle of the company.
Building Trust in the Solar Energy Sector
Over time, satisfied customers became brand ambassadors. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, Arkay Energies emerged as a trusted name in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. A major milestone in this journey was Kolhe’s opportunity to work as an Electrical Contractor, executing projects with strict regulatory compliance, technical precision, adherence to safety standards, and disciplined on-time delivery.
This professionalism enabled him to participate in several government and semi-government electrical and solar energy projects, significantly strengthening the credibility and scale of his business.
Expanding Vision Beyond One Venture
With growing experience, Kolhe realized that business is not only about profit but also about social responsibility. This belief led to the launch of Yash Enterprises, offering diverse professional services, and Nexus Nest Investment, aimed at guiding individuals toward better financial planning, smart investments, and long-term financial security.
By leveraging his finance and market experience, Kolhe seeks to create positive change in people’s lives—an approach he considers a true measure of success.
