One such name is Mrs. Pushpa Jaysing Patil from Shirala, who has established herself as a respected professional in the field of tax consultancy through her venture, Jugai Tax Consultancy.
Mrs. Pushpa Patil originally hails from Shene village in Walwa taluka. Growing up in an academically encouraging environment—her father being a teacher—education was always a priority in her household. With consistent support from her family, she pursued higher education and successfully completed M.Com., DIT, and GDCA, laying a strong foundation for her professional journey.
Her dream was to become a Chartered Accountant, but due to unavoidable circumstances, she could not complete that path. However, her ambition to achieve professional excellence remained undeterred. Armed with confidence and the belief that women are equal to men in every sphere, she chose to move ahead with determination rather than limitations. 
In March 2016, she married Mr. Jaysing Patil from Shimpe village in Shahuwadi taluka. A well-educated individual with a progressive mindset, her husband became a pillar of support in her professional aspirations. Following their marriage, the couple settled in Shirala, where Mrs. Pushpa Patil decided to transform her dream into reality.
With strong family support and a clear vision, she founded Jugai Tax Consultancy, a firm dedicated to providing reliable and ethical tax-related services. Built on the core belief that “customer service is a form of social service,” the firm focuses on honesty, transparency, and client-centric solutions.
Today, Jugai Tax Consultancy has earned the trust of numerous clients by offering guidance in Income Tax, GST, TDS returns, business compliance, and financial planning. Mrs. Pushpa Patil’s journey stands as a powerful example of how education, perseverance, and family support can help women build a successful professional identity.
Her story continues to inspire many young women to step out with confidence, pursue their ambitions, and contribute meaningfully to society—proving that with the right mindset and determination, no dream is too big to achieve.

Recognizing her dedication and achievements, she has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
