Before becoming an entrepreneur, Sandeep Lamdade spent nearly 15 years working as a vehicle driver in a reputed company. Determined to improve his family’s financial condition, he took up additional work alongside his job. He would bring vegetables from the Nanded vegetable market and sell them door-to-door in residential societies and local areas.
This phase not only strengthened his work ethic but also helped him earn the trust of customers, laying the foundation for his future business journey.

A major turning point came in 2019, when he met Pratap Yelaple, a well-known pomegranate and grape trader from Sangola. An invitation to Sangola opened new doors, where Sandeep Lamdade interacted with traders from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. This interaction marked the true beginning of Maa Jijau Transport Services as a growing logistics brand.

Today, Maa Jijau Transport Services has successfully expanded its operations across North-East India and neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. The company currently manages 1,500 to 2,000 vehicle trips annually, reflecting its operational strength and growing demand.
