Coming from a humble family, Mr. Dheerajkumar Bhangire completed his MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. After graduation, he began his career in 2016 through a college placement with Om Logistic, a transport company in Mumbai.
During his professional journey, Dheerajkumar gained a deep understanding of the transport business. Along the way, he discovered the widespread papad industry, particularly the export of papads and manufacturing units in Gujarat and Rajasthan. He noticed that while papads were supplied across India and even internationally, such an industry was missing in his own region. This realization sparked his interest in starting his own papad business.
With the guiding principle that “a job fulfills needs, but to fulfill dreams, one must start a business,” Dheerajkumar decided to chart his own path. In 2018, he left his corporate job and founded Matoshree Foods and Spices in Latur, starting small but with a clear vision.
Building a Business with Dedication 
Launching a business in a competitive market required resilience. Dheerajkumar nurtured Matoshree Foods and Spices with consistency, patience, dedication, goal-oriented thinking, positivity, and tireless effort. Over the years, the company has expanded its product range and grown to serve both rural and urban communities, earning recognition for quality and reliability.
Creating Opportunities and Empowering Women
Inspired by the adage, “Don’t be a job seeker, become a job giver,” Dheerajkumar has not only overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship but also generated employment opportunities for local communities. Through Matoshree Foods and Spices, he has actively promoted women’s empowerment, providing training and livelihoods to many women in the region.
