Recognizing her passion for beauty and grooming, Ashwini pursued professional training in cosmetology. In the early days, she worked in various salons to gain practical experience. Despite long working hours and modest pay, she continued to upgrade her skills in makeup, skincare, hairstyling, and bridal makeovers, gradually mastering the craft.
The Courage to Start Her Own Venture
In 2018, facing numerous challenges, Ashwini took the bold step of starting her own small salon. Resources were limited, but her commitment to quality remained uncompromised. With honest service, dedication, and a warm relationship with clients, her salon slowly earned recognition and trust.

Ashwini’s vision extended beyond personal success. With the aim of making other women self-reliant, she founded Ashwini Beauty Salon & Academy. Today, many young girls and women receive professional training here and begin their own careers in the beauty industry.
