What begins as a childhood passion sometimes grows into a lifelong mission. The story of Naziya Abdul Gani Logade, founder of Glamour Beauty Salon & Academy, Murud Janjira (Raigad, Maharashtra), is one such inspiring journey of determination, sacrifice, and self-belief.
A Dream Born in Childhood
Naziya had a deep fascination for beauty and grooming since her early years. Though she never imagined that this interest would one day become her profession, destiny had different plans. Her real struggle began in Bengaluru in 2017, where she started working in a beauty salon to support her family and build a career.
Balancing Motherhood and Career
Life was not easy. As a single working mother with two children, managing work along with their education and upbringing was a daily challenge. Yet, Naziya never gave up. She continued working in the salon industry until 2021, gaining experience and strengthening her skills despite numerous hardships.
Challenges During the Pandemic
The outbreak of COVID-19 brought unexpected difficulties. Like many others in the beauty sector, she faced financial losses and uncertainty. Instead of losing hope, Naziya decided to rebuild her future with a stronger vision.
Learning Beyond Boundaries
After spending five years in Bengaluru, she aspired to learn advanced beauty techniques and decided to explore opportunities outside India between 2021 and 2023. With the support of her mother and children, she upgraded her knowledge in modern cosmetology and salon management.
Birth of Glamour Beauty Salon & Academy
Returning to Maharashtra, Naziya laid the foundation of Glamour Beauty Salon & Academy in Murud Janjira. Today, her salon offers a range of professional services including:

The academy aims to empower young women by providing certified training and helping them build independent careers in the beauty industry.
