Mrs. Aparna Vishal Bhalerao was born into an educated middle-class family deeply connected with the education sector. She is the daughter of Mr. Anant Narayan Khaware and Mrs. Annapurna Anant Narayan Khaware. Across generations, her family members have served education in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Delhi, and even abroad.
Her siblings are well-settled in London (UK), the United States, Faridabad, Bengaluru, Jharkhand, and Pune, while her husband Mr. Vishal Bhalerao, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law are also highly educated. This environment instilled in her a lifelong belief that education is an asset no one can take away.
Academic Excellence and Professional Credentials
Mrs. Bhalerao holds multiple academic qualifications including DSM, B.Com, M.Com, B.Ed, and MPM. She is a Gold Medalist in Marketing, her name is recorded in the London Record Book, and she has received multiple entrepreneurship awards for quality service to society.
With over 23 years of experience spanning Marketing, Teaching, IT-HR, and Entrepreneurship, her professional journey reflects depth, adaptability, and leadership.
A Journey Shaped by Resilience
Her career path was not linear. Early academic and financial constraints forced her to restart her education. When her college could not return her certificates due to financial issues, she applied for duplicate certificates through the Tripura Board and rebuilt her academic journey from scratch.
She worked in marketing while continuing her studies after moving to Pune, learning firsthand the value of time, discipline, family, and perseverance. Throughout this phase, unwavering support from Mr. Vishal Bhalerao, who later became her husband, played a pivotal role.
These experiences shaped a core belief:
