After completing his education, he actively joined the family’s construction business, gaining valuable experience in large-scale project execution and management.

While working in the construction sector, Dinesh constantly felt the need to do something distinctive for his home district—something Dhule had never seen before. This curiosity led him to conduct in-depth market research.
During his study, he discovered a significant gap: Dhule did not have a single three-star hotel, despite its growing industrial presence and increasing business travel. Recognizing the untapped potential, he analyzed market demand, studied the hospitality industry, assessed future industrial growth, and prepared a detailed feasibility report for a premium hotel project.
Hotel Chandradeep Regency: A Bold Entrepreneurial Leap
With clarity and conviction, Dinesh made a bold decision—to build Dhule’s first three-star hotel. Construction of Hotel Chandradeep Regency began in July 2017 and was completed within 26 months, becoming fully operational by September 2019.
The journey was far from easy. Dinesh had no prior experience in the hotel industry, making the venture both risky and challenging. However, his leadership skills, strategic planning, and confidence helped him turn this challenge into an opportunity.
