This belief defines the life and entrepreneurial journey of Ravindra Ramrao Jadhav, the owner of Hotel Ravindra, located at Manjarsumba in Beed district, Maharashtra (MH-23).
The foundation of this success was laid in 1983, when Ravindra Jadhav’s father, Late Ramrao (Dada) Sahebrao Jadhav, entered the hotel business with hard work and honesty. From a young age, Ravindra grew up observing the daily rhythms of the hotel—learning operations, customer handling, and the true value of relationships. What began as helping his father slowly turned into a deep understanding of the hospitality business.
Life took a difficult turn in 2024, when Ravindra lost his father. Until then, every important decision was guided by his father’s advice. Suddenly, the responsibility of carrying forward the legacy rested entirely on his shoulders. Fear and uncertainty followed—but so did a powerful lesson his father had always emphasized:
“Do not earn money alone; earn people.” 
Holding on to this philosophy, Ravindra decided to move forward with courage. In memory of his father—who had also served as a village Sarpanch—he launched a unique offering named “Sarpanch Thali.” What began as a tribute soon became a turning point. A simple social media video announcing the Sarpanch Thali gained attention, and the response exceeded expectations.
Today, Sarpanch Thali has become the identity of Hotel Ravindra, earning popularity not only in Beed district but across Maharashtra. The scale of success is reflected in daily consumption figures—approximately 150 kg of chicken, 100 kg of fish, and around 50 eggs—a clear indicator of growing demand and customer trust.
Beyond business growth, this journey has been about building relationships. Ravindra credits his mother’s unwavering support after his father’s passing, standing strong during moments of doubt and offering firm guidance. He also expresses deep gratitude toward his loyal customers, whom he fondly calls the pillars of his success.
Hotel Ravindra’s story proves that there is no ready-made highway to success. Every successful path is built through struggle, patience, and belief. With feet firmly on the ground, eyes fixed on the goal, and values rooted in honesty, Ravindra Ramrao Jadhav has transformed a family legacy into a modern success story—one plate at a time.
