Great entrepreneurial journeys often begin with a simple problem that others overlook. For Ajay Wasudeo Chaudhary, that defining moment came nearly twelve years ago during a visit to a hospital—an experience that would eventually lead to the creation of one of India’s trusted healthcare software companies, Infinity Technology.
Identifying a Critical Gap in Healthcare
During his hospital visit, Ajay observed a doctor who was visibly stressed—not due to patients, but because of the complex, inefficient software the hospital was using. The system was neither user-friendly nor supported by timely technical assistance. As a result, the doctor’s focus was divided between patient care and software-related issues.
Ajay realized something fundamental: if doctors are forced to struggle with technology instead of caring for patients, the system is broken. He immediately assured the doctor that he could develop a simple, reliable, and user-friendly software solution tailored to real hospital needs.
At that time, Ajay had experience in ERP software, but healthcare was an entirely new domain for him. Still, the doctor trusted Ajay’s confidence—and that trust marked the true beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.
Deep Research Before Development 
Ajay understood that technical knowledge alone would not be enough. Healthcare is a highly sensitive sector, where even small mistakes can have serious consequences. To ensure accuracy and reliability, he dedicated six months to intensive research in the healthcare industry.
He worked closely with doctors, nurses, reception staff, billing teams, and hospital administrators, observing daily workflows and understanding real operational challenges. This hands-on research helped him identify what hospitals genuinely needed from software—not just features, but simplicity and efficiency.
Building the First Healthcare Software
Based on this research, Ajay began designing the software, starting with the OPD module, the busiest and most critical part of any hospital. After completing the design, the most challenging phase followed—development and coding.
Ajay assembled a team of experienced developers, and the project underwent nearly one year of continuous development. Once a basic healthcare software was ready, he presented a demo to the same doctor who had inspired the idea.
While the doctor appreciated the software, he also provided practical suggestions. Ajay took this feedback seriously, refined the system, and conducted further research. After almost two years of continuous effort, the first stable and effective healthcare software was successfully launched.
Customization Over One-Size-Fits-All
As Ajay began presenting the software to multiple hospitals, a new challenge emerged. Every doctor had a different specialty, and each specialty required unique workflows and features. Some needed prescription customization, while others required advanced reporting or workflow automation.
Ajay made a crucial decision: one solution would not fit everyone.
He personally connected with expert doctors across various specialties, assuring them that the software would be custom-built to suit their specific medical practices. He spent time understanding treatment procedures, patient behavior, and daily operations across disciplines including:
Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Nephrology, Oncology, ENT, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Urology, Pathology, Radiology, Physiotherapy, and IVF.
Through continuous learning and collaboration, the software evolved from a basic system into a complete Hospital Management Solution.
Growth from Nagpur to 300+ Hospitals
The real struggle began in convincing hospitals to adopt new technology. Ajay personally visited hospitals, conducting live demos and offering hands-on support. In the first year, the software was successfully implemented in around 10 hospitals.
Due to consistent service and reliable support, trust grew steadily. Word-of-mouth referrals helped expand the network. The journey began in Nagpur, which later emerged as a major medical hub. Gradually, Infinity Technology expanded across multiple districts and states.
Today, more than 300 hospitals across India use Infinity Technology’s healthcare solutions.

After nearly a decade of healthcare experience, Ajay realized that doctors now needed more than desktop software. They required advanced, device-friendly, AI-powered, web-based solutions.
This vision led to the creation of eHospy.com—not just a product, but the result of years of learning and experience.
eHospy was developed with high-performance architecture, strong data security, and modern technologies. Specialty-wise modules were created, and AI-driven analytics made hospital operations more efficient. The interface was designed to be modern, intuitive, and device-friendly, allowing seamless use across desktops, laptops, iPads, and mobile phones.
Standing Strong During COVID-19
The most challenging phase of this journey was the COVID-19 pandemic. Hospitals were under immense pressure, but Ajay ensured that no client faced service disruption. His team supported hospitals through every situation, strengthening trust and long-term relationships.
A Vision Beyond Numbers
Today, Infinity Technology’s solutions are trusted by over 300 hospitals across India. For Ajay, success is not measured by numbers or awards alone.
