The life journey of Mr. Parmeshwar Shankar Wankhade, from the small and lesser-known village of Paturda in Buldhana district, stands as a powerful example of this truth. Rising from extreme financial hardship, Parmeshwar Wankhade has today built a thriving engineering enterprise operating across India—Aadishakti Engineering.
Humble Roots and Early Struggles
Born into a financially fragile farming family, Parmeshwar grew up with his parents and three brothers. His parents worked as agricultural labourers, and during school holidays, Parmeshwar too joined them to support the family. From a very young age, hard work was not a choice but a necessity.
Despite working as a labourer, Parmeshwar remained committed to education and completed his studies through sheer determination. His early life shaped his resilience and prepared him for the challenges ahead.
The First Job and the Entrepreneurial Spark
After completing his education, Parmeshwar secured a job in a company in Parbhani, earning a modest ₹6,000 per month. What set him apart was his dedication to learning. He observed closely, worked meticulously, and mastered technical skills faster than expected.
Driven by ambition and the desire to build something of his own, Parmeshwar made the bold decision to start a firm with a friend. Initially, the business showed promise and began to grow. However, destiny had other plans. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the partnership dissolved, and Parmeshwar found himself back at zero.
Falling Down, Rising Again 
The sudden setback left him uncertain about the future. To sustain himself, he returned briefly to agriculture. Later, he joined another company with a salary of ₹30,000 per month, attempting to stabilize his financial situation.
Yet, the fire to create something of his own never faded. With no financial backing, no political support, and no external assistance, Parmeshwar chose to rely solely on his skills, experience, and unwavering belief in himself.
Birth of Aadishakti Engineering
On 5 November 2018, Parmeshwar Shankar Wankhade took a decisive step and founded Aadishakti Engineering. What began as a bold dream soon transformed into a growing enterprise.
Today, Aadishakti Engineering operates across India and has achieved an annual turnover of up to ₹60 lakh. From once earning ₹6,000 per month, Parmeshwar now generates ₹7–8 lakh per month, a remarkable transformation powered by perseverance and discipline.
Expansion into Technology Services
Building on this success, Parmeshwar also launched a second venture, Aadishakti Tech Solution, which has now successfully completed one year of operations. This expansion reflects his vision to diversify and strengthen his business footprint.
