After completing his degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (E&TC) Engineering in 2017–2018, Aditya Mahajan began his professional career in his core engineering field. Over nearly two years, he gained valuable technical knowledge along with a deep understanding of professional discipline, responsibility, and industry work ethics.
With the goal of strengthening his position in the software industry, Aditya pursued various IT and software courses in Pune. This phase significantly enhanced both his technical capabilities and his confidence.
Understanding the Software Business
In 2019, Aditya partnered with a software company for approximately ten months. This period proved crucial in shaping his entrepreneurial mindset. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in client handling, project management, team coordination, and timely project delivery—skills that later became instrumental in building his own company.
The Birth of Tarangan Solutions
Drawing from these experiences, Aditya Mahajan took the bold step of launching his own IT venture, Tarangan Solutions.
The company began in a small rented office in the College Road area of Nashik—without clients, leads, or market recognition.
The initial days were extremely challenging. Cold calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and repeated rejections became part of daily life. Financial instability added to the pressure, as office rent, internet bills, software tools, and daily operational expenses had to be managed with limited resources. Yet, giving up was never an option.
The Strongest Support: Family
During this difficult phase, Aditya’s greatest strength was his wife, Priyanka. From the very beginning, she stood by him—offering emotional support, practical guidance in decision-making, and a consistently positive outlook.
Her belief and understanding made many tough decisions easier. Tarangan Solutions is not just Aditya’s dream, but the result of their shared effort and determination.
