Mr. Borkar began his professional journey after qualifying prestigious national-level examinations, including SSC-CPF Police Inspector (2004) and UPSC-CAPF Assistant Commandant (Group A Officer) during 2004–05. After a successful stint in national security services, he made a defining transition—choosing to empower aspirants preparing for India’s toughest competitive examinations.

His notable sessions include programmes organised by HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) in Jaipur and Indore, ONGC in Uran and Lonavala, and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) at TAPS, Tarapur, and Chembur campuses, along with several universities and reputed educational institutions across India.

Mr. Borkar’s contribution to education has been widely recognised. His honours include the Lokmat Thane Gaurav Puraskar (2022), Asian Admirable Achiever’s Award (2023), and the prestigious Savitrimai Phule Best Teacher Award, which he has received twice. He has also been felicitated by former Chief Justice of India, K. G. Balakrishnan, marking a significant national acknowledgment of his work.
