Birth of TastePalate_byMayura

In July 2023, her long-cherished dream became reality with the launch of TastePalate_byMayura. The venture quickly gained popularity for its quality, creativity, and personalised approach. Building on this momentum, Mayura opened a boutique café in 2024, marking a new milestone in her entrepreneurial journey.

Today, TastePalate_byMayura employs a team of 10, reflecting not just business growth but also Mayura’s ability to create opportunities for others.

Chocolate as an Art Form

Chocolate is more than an ingredient for Mayura—it is her medium of expression.
“My confidence bloomed in the aroma of chocolate,” she shares.

Her chocolate artistry captured public attention during the Ram Temple consecration, where she crafted a 15-kg chocolate Ram Temple and a 5-kg chocolate Ram Rath, blending devotion with craftsmanship.

Celebrating with Responsibility

Mayura’s success is deeply intertwined with her social consciousness. For the past three years, she has been creating chocolate Ganpati idols for Ganesh Chaturthi. After immersion in milk, the milk is donated to orphanage children, turning celebration into an act of compassion and sustainability.

National Recognition and Record-Breaking Feat

Her dedication and skill earned her national recognition when she created a 102.923-kg chocolate fort of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, securing a place in the Indian Book of Records. The creation stood as a powerful and creative tribute to the legendary Maratha warrior king.

Empowering Through Sharing

Beyond business, Mayura believes in uplifting others. Through workshops, Women’s Day initiatives, and training sessions conducted with platforms like Lokmat Sakhi Manch, she actively mentors aspiring women. Her philosophy is simple yet impactful:
