From a modest 10×12 square feet shop to becoming a leading name in mobile, electronics, and furniture retail in Sinnar taluka, Mr. Rahul Bhavsar’s journey is a powerful story of determination, courage, and customer-centric vision.
While still pursuing his education, Rahul Bhavsar decided to build something of his own. After completing his Higher Secondary education, he took his first entrepreneurial step with a small venture called “Ghungroo Cassette House.” His guiding principle from day one was clear—to provide products that were not easily available in Sinnar and to deliver fast, reliable, and quality service. This approach quickly earned him customer trust and steady growth.
In 2005, he expanded into the electronics segment by launching “Ghungroo Electronics,” offering mobile phones, televisions, refrigerators, and other electronic appliances along with strong after-sales support. This move marked a turning point in his business career.
Continuing his expansion, in 2011 he secured the Sinnar taluka franchise of “My Idea Gallery,” further strengthening his presence in the mobile retail sector. His entrepreneurial vision reached another milestone in 2019, when he launched SS Mobile’s first outlet in North Maharashtra at Sinnar—bringing a reputed Kolhapur-based brand to the region.
The business later shifted to a spacious 4,000 sq. ft. showroom near Bhairavnath Temple, transforming it into a mall-like retail experience. This was followed by the opening of another grand showroom at Adwa Phata, firmly establishing Rahul Bhavsar as a market leader in mobile retail in Sinnar.
In 2023, he diversified into the furniture business, offering customized furniture solutions for homes, bungalows, and offices, tailored to customer requirements. The growth momentum continued in 2025 with the launch of SS Mobile’s second branch at Adwa Phata.
One of his boldest decisions was introducing high-end iPhones on finance for the first time in Sinnar—a move that was initially considered risky but ultimately proved successful. What began with just one employee has today grown into an organization providing employment to nearly 35 people.
Behind this success stands the unwavering support of his wife, Mrs. Mrunalini Bhavsar, whose contribution has played a vital role in the business’s growth.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Rahul Bhavsar remains deeply committed to social service. He serves as President and Treasurer of Nashik Ves Mitramandal and is also the Secretary of Rotary Club of Sinnar, actively participating in various social initiatives.
Built on hard work, foresight, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility, Rahul Bhavsar’s entrepreneurial empire stands as a true inspiration for today’s youth, proving that humble beginnings can lead to extraordinary success.

Recognizing his dedication and achievements, he has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
This honour is being presented by Reseal.in and India Fashion Icon Magazine, celebrating Maharashtra’s emerging entrepreneurs and artists.
