There are no limits to dreams, and achieving them requires courage, determination, and perseverance. Rupali Suresh Dalvi’s journey is founded on these very values. Growing up as a girl in a modest middle-class family, she faced many limitations, yet her passion for technology and determination to make a difference were boundless.
During her studies in computer science, Rupali realized that many students did not receive quality computer education. The lack of guidance and career skills inspired her to become the change herself. This determination led her to establish Aishwarya Computer & Information Technology.
Initially, resources were limited and the workspace was small, but she firmly held onto her dreams. Despite low student enrollment, limited public trust, and the challenges of running an institute single-handedly, Rupali never gave up. Gradually, the institute gained a strong reputation and began offering certified courses under MKCL and KLiC programs, including MS-CIT, Tally Prime with GST, Programming Courses, Web Designing, Graphic Designing, Automation, and more.
Along the way, family responsibilities and health challenges posed significant hurdles. Despite her mother undergoing chemotherapy, daily commutes, and personal health issues, she never compromised on her goals. The success of her students, their small achievements, and the growing reputation of the institute strengthened Rupali’s confidence even further.
Today, Aishwarya Computer & Information Technology has become a leading institution in the digital era, equipping students with employable skills and technical expertise. The institute provides training in computer fundamentals, web designing, AI-based skills, software proficiency, and employment-oriented courses. Rupali Dalvi continuously upgrades herself, believing that the stronger the teacher, the brighter the students’ future.
In recognition of her inspiring journey and outstanding contributions, Rupali Suresh Dalvi has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards organized by Reseal.in and India Fashion Icon Magazine. The grand ceremony will soon be held with renowned film actresses—Ms. Varsha Usgaonkar, Ms. Sonali Kulkarni, and Ms. Prarthana Behere—attending as chief guests, further enhancing the prestige and grandeur of the event.
