From a small home-based parlor to a thriving beauty academy, Swapnali Nitin Parashar has carved an inspiring journey in the beauty industry. Starting with a passion for makeup and self-expression, she has transformed her dreams into a platform that empowers women through professional beauty training in Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and beyond.
With dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Swapnali has built a trusted institution that nurtures talent, instills confidence, and promotes self-reliance among her students.
Swapnali’s story began after marriage in 2009, when she nurtured the dream of carving her own identity. In 2012, the birth of her twin daughters deepened her responsibilities, but also strengthened her desire for independence and personal growth. Despite challenges and setbacks, including competitive exams like MPSC, Swapnali remained determined to pursue her true calling.
Encouraged by her husband to explore her love for makeup and beauty, Swapnali completed a basic beauty course in 2014 — marking the turning point of her career. Between 2014–2016, she pursued advanced training in Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune, balancing the responsibilities of raising twin daughters while expanding her expertise.
In 2017, Swapnali started a small home-based parlor, quickly earning trust, love, and recognition from clients. Motivated by students seeking professional training, she envisioned a larger academy. In 2021, despite the challenges of the COVID pandemic, she courageously established a modern, fully equipped beauty academy — with the unwavering support of her family.

To date, the academy has trained 55 students, with 47 successfully starting their own parlors and achieving financial independence. For 5 underprivileged girls, Swapnali provided free training, equipment, and support to launch their careers. This empowerment and transformation remain her greatest achievement.
With continuous client love, student trust, and family support, Swapnali is preparing to open an even larger, modern academy with full facilities — setting the stage for more dreams to take flight and empowering the next generation of beauty professionals.
