Sushilkumar Bhausaheb More began his career directly in the manufacturing sector, gaining experience with renowned organizations like LG, Videocon, Foxconn, and boAt. At Foxconn, he acquired firsthand insights into world-class manufacturing standards, while at boAt, he learned to balance production with market demands and consumer trends in India.
These experiences and his professional contacts in India and China laid the foundation for launching Immortech Pvt. Ltd. in Sangli, Maharashtra.

From the start, Immortech focused on high-quality, scalable TWS earbuds and neckband products. Sangli was strategically chosen for its cost-efficiency, operational convenience, and access to skilled manpower.
The initial phase was challenging—maintaining consistent quality, managing workforce, training operators, and controlling costs tested the fledgling business. Despite early setbacks, Sushilkumar and his team treated every obstacle as a learning opportunity, innovating and refining processes to ensure long-term success.

According to Sushilkumar , the real strength behind Immortech’s rise has been its team and operator staff, who stood firm through every challenge. Since its inception, Immortech has successfully manufactured over 2 million units, earning the trust of reputed brands like Itel, Noise, and Oraimo. The company has consistently prioritized quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, building long-term partnerships and a strong industry reputation.
Recently, Immortech expanded into the wall charger category, diversifying its portfolio and entering new markets. This growth has provided the team with fresh opportunities to innovate and improve production processes.
