Turning passion into a successful home-grown venture, Manjiri Abhijeet Maid has built her home baking business “Cookies Doughnuts n More” through dedication, creativity, and an unwavering focus on quality. What began as a small experiment at an exhibition has today evolved into a trusted name among customers who value taste, hygiene, and handcrafted desserts.
A Humble Beginning at an Exhibition
Manjiri’s entrepreneurial journey started three years ago with a small pop-up stall at an exhibition. The encouraging response she received there gave her the confidence to take the next step and start baking from home. Initially, her menu included doughnuts, brownies, and cookies, which quickly found appreciation among customers.
At that stage, baking cakes was never part of her plan. However, a single cake order—and the positive response that followed—became a turning point in her journey.

As cake orders gradually increased, so did Manjiri’s confidence. Each successful delivery motivated her to explore new designs, flavors, and techniques. Over the last three years, she has baked more than 600 cakes, catering to birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.
Positive customer feedback played a crucial role in her growth. Encouraging reviews and repeat orders pushed her to work harder, refine her skills, and continuously improve her offerings.
