In an inspiring example of perseverance, hard work, and self-belief, Nivruti Rajamati Vitthalrao Mohite, the founder of Shree Enterprise, has carved a successful path in the interior decoration business despite facing financial hardships early in life.
After completing his 12th standard in 2017, Nivruti’s family financial condition was modest, making higher education or immediate entrepreneurship difficult. To support himself and his family, he began working at a relative’s interior decoration shop. With no prior skills or experience, his initial salary was low and barely sufficient to cover daily expenses. To manage his livelihood, he also worked in the mornings as a newspaper distributor, showcasing his determination and willingness to work hard.
While continuing his job, Nivruti gradually learned every aspect of the interior decoration trade. Over the next eight years, his consistent efforts, hands-on experience, and growing interest helped him gain in-depth knowledge of the business. With time, he became capable of handling projects independently, earning confidence in his abilities.
In 2023, driven by a strong desire to establish his own identity, Nivruti decided to start his own business. However, limited financial resources posed a major challenge. Undeterred, he took a loan from a cooperative credit society and laid the foundation of Shree Enterprise. 
The initial months were tough, as building a customer base and sustaining operations required patience and resilience. However, Nivruti focused on delivering high-quality work, reasonable pricing, and consistent service. His honest approach and commitment to customer satisfaction gradually earned him the trust of clients.
Today, Shree Enterprise has built a strong reputation among customers and continues to grow steadily. Nivruti Mohite’s journey stands as a powerful success story for young entrepreneurs, proving that with dedication, skill development, and integrity, even the most challenging circumstances can be transformed into opportunities for success.

Recognizing his dedication and achievements, he has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
