With deep respect for the guru–shishya tradition and a strong research-oriented mindset, Dr Swapnil Duddalwar has emerged as one of the leading names in modern Ayurvedic super speciality care. Through his institution, Shree Vishwashiv Ayurvediya Super Speciality Hospital, Panchakarma and Research Centre, he has successfully combined classical Ayurveda with innovation, service, and scientific research.
Strong Academic Foundation in Ayurveda and Yoga
After completing his undergraduate medical education, Dr Duddalwar pursued advanced training in Yoga and Ayurveda at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, in 2007. He further strengthened his expertise by completing postgraduate training at Tilak Ayurved College, Pune, and additional Ayurvedic training through Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (Nashik).
Dr Duddalwar also trained under the traditional guru–shishya parampara, learning directly from renowned Ayurvedic scholar Vaidya Samir Jamdagni, which deeply shaped his clinical approach.
Establishment of Shree Vishwashiv Ayurvediya Hospital
In 2011, Dr Duddalwar founded Shree Vishwashiv Ayurvediya Super Speciality Hospital, Panchakarma and Research Centre. The journey began humbly in Nanded, with a 20×20 sq. ft. OPD, but a strong vision and patient trust soon transformed it into a full-fledged Ayurvedic hospital.
Today, the Nanded facility includes a 30-bed inpatient department supported by a five-member team of Ayurvedic doctors, offering comprehensive super speciality care.
Expansion Across Multiple Cities
Due to growing demand and successful treatment outcomes, Dr Duddalwar expanded his services to several cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Latur, Gulbarga, Bidar, Hyderabad, and Nagpur, making specialized Ayurvedic healthcare accessible to a wider population.

Over the past 15 years, Dr Duddalwar has developed and applied effective Ayurvedic treatment protocols for a wide range of serious and chronic conditions, including:

During the COVID-19 crisis, Dr Duddalwar played a vital role by supplying free Ayurvedic medicines at multiple locations. Several hospitals reported that patients benefited significantly from the Ayurvedic treatments he provided, helping save lives during the pandemic.
National Presence and Social Commitment
Dr Duddalwar has served as a Special Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, and worked as an Assistant Physician at Nargis Dutt Cancer Hospital, Barshi, visiting every third Saturday of the month.
Under the Shri Vishwanath Maharaj Rukdikhar Trust, he continues to provide free Ayurvedic treatment to 400–500 patients. He also serves as the Chief Physician at monthly camps in Narsi Namdev (Hingoli district), held on every Ekadashi.
