Mr. Rameshwar Pralhad Bargal, proprietor of Ram Pest Solutions, was born in Jalgaon (Ghat), a small village in Kannad taluka of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district. Coming from a modest family of six, he was the youngest among four siblings. Life took a difficult turn early when he lost his father to a prolonged illness while still in the eighth standard—marking the beginning of a long and testing journey.
Early Responsibilities and Lost Education
Due to financial constraints, Rameshwar could not pursue higher education after completing his 10th standard. Instead, he stepped out into the workforce, spending two years in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and another year in Pune working for private companies.
However, the 2008 global economic recession brought fresh challenges. The company he worked for shut down, forcing him to return home once again in search of livelihood.
Learning the Value of Patience
During this uncertain phase, a cousin offered him a cleaning job at a hotel in Shirdi. Though his dreams were far bigger, Rameshwar accepted the work with patience and dignity. Six months later, his persistence paid off when he received a job offer from a pest control company.
The work was demanding and the salary modest, but it became a turning point. Alongside the job, he even attempted to run a small hotel business, though managing both proved difficult and the venture did not succeed.
Skill Without Support
Over the years, Rameshwar gained deep practical expertise in pest control operations. Despite having seven years of hands-on experience, the lack of formal education and licensing limited his growth.
He briefly partnered with a friend who held the required license, taking up independent contracts. However, believing that friendships and business should not mix, both eventually chose to part ways—once again leaving Rameshwar at a crossroads.
Marriage, Support, and a New Beginning
In 2017, Rameshwar got married, and with blessings from Sai Baba, his life took a positive turn. His wife, a BSc Chemistry student, became his strongest pillar of support. Her academic background reignited his confidence and dreams.
While Rameshwar worked relentlessly, his wife completed her degree and underwent professional training at NIPHM (National Institute of Plant Health Management). With renewed determination, Rameshwar applied for his own pest control license.
The Birth of Ram Pest Solutions 
In 2019, Ram Pest Solutions was formally established. Just as the business began gaining momentum, the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, bringing operations to a standstill.
Yet, instead of giving up, Rameshwar stepped forward fearlessly. Risking personal safety, he continued working during the pandemic, providing essential sanitization services when society needed them the most.
Growth After the Storm
Post-lockdown, the results of years of perseverance became visible. The business expanded steadily, customer trust grew, and a dedicated team was built. Today, Ram Pest Solutions provides professional pest control and sanitization services across Maharashtra, earning a reputation for reliability and quality.
A Philosophy Built on Experience
Reflecting on his journey, Rameshwar credits his success to family blessings, unwavering support from his wife, and consistent hard work. For him, success is not a matter of luck.
He firmly believes that true success depends on effort, positive thinking, and self-belief—values shaped by a life that tested him at every step and strengthened him in return.

Recognizing his dedication and achievements, he has been selected for the prestigious “Maharashtra Business Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Style Icon 2025 / Maharashtra Fashion Icon 2025” awards.
This honour is being presented by Reseal.in and India Fashion Icon Magazine, celebrating Maharashtra’s emerging entrepreneurs and artists.
