Paid submissions are non-refundable once the content is approved and published.
India Fashion Icon reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, promotional without payment, or false.
Use of abusive language, fake credentials, or unauthorized branding will lead to a permanent ban.

Review Process

If your news content is approved, it will be published as submitted.
If your news content is rejected during the review process, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases

Once the news is approved and published, the transaction becomes non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable in case of post-publishing dissatisfaction, unless due to technical error on our platform.

We’re delighted to welcome you to the India Fashion Icon Awards. To ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all participants, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

:: Participation & Fees

* Participation as an awardee involves a comprehensive package that includes promotional usage rights, branding, marketing, advertising, photography, videography, audio-visual coverage, event management services, and hotel arrangements.
* All associated fees are non-refundable. Once a seat is booked, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

:: Passes & Confirmation

* Event passes will be issued only upon full payment, which must be completed in advance prior to receiving the official invitation.
* Nomination acceptance is at the sole discretion of the organizing committee. The organizer reserves the right to accept or decline any nomination.

Event Modifications

* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including but not limited to celebrity appearances, date, time, venue, title, or other elements. These changes may occur with or without prior notice.

Rights & Reservations

* The organizer retains full rights over the event’s branding, content, and promotional materials.
* All media captured during the event (photos, videos, audio, etc.) may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer across various platforms.
* The organizing team holds exclusive rights to manage the event’s logistics, human resources, and overall execution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – India Fashion Icon

At India Fashion Icon, we strive to provide the best event experience for our participants, partners, and attendees. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before making any booking or registration.

1. General Policy

Once a booking, registration, or participation fee is paid, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend the event.

2. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

In case the event is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as government regulations, natural calamities, or force majeure situations), all bookings will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

No refunds will be processed for postponed events.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be given the option to transfer their booking to a future edition of the event or receive a refund (excluding processing/administrative charges).

4. Ticket/Participation Transfer

Bookings and participation entries are non-transferable to another person or event unless explicitly permitted by the organizer in writing.

5. Publication Disclaimer

Once an article, advertisement, profile, or promotional content is submitted and published (either on the website, social media, or print), it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or refunded.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By registering or making a payment on the India Fashion Icon platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
